August 20: C-Lium Fibre Friday

I just want to see if C-Lium Fibre food supplement is really effective. The sachet says, "it is a natural fat absorber which aids weight and blood sugar management." There's nothing to lose [but my weight], if I try. So I am taking it today; again, no fuss.


Breakfast:
♥ 1 quarter of scrambled egg
♥ 30 grams of pork tapa strips
♥ 3 pieces Skyflakes biscuits
♥ 1 cup of brown coffee
♥ 1 glass of water

Snacks:
♥ 1 glass of C-Lium Fibre Food Supplement

Lunch:
♥ 1 piece fried chicken
♥ 4 pieces of pork siomai
♥ 2 glasses of water
♥ 0 rice

Merienda:
♥ 2 pieces of Shakey's three-cheese pizza
♥ 2 pieces of Shakey's Mojos
♥ 1 glass of Coke
♥ 1 glass of water

Dinner:
♥ 1 cup of coffee with sugar and cream
♥ 1 glass of water
