August 15: Pansit Lucban Day

I feel light today for having not included rice in my diet yesterday. Biguerlai tea has been helpful, too; making me go back and forth the cr for almost half of the day.

After Waking Up:
♥ 1 glass of water

Breakfast:
♥ 1 cup of coffee with cream and sugar
♥ 1 cup of Pansit Lucban
1/2 glass of Coke
♥ 2 glasses of water
♥ 0 rice

Lunch:
♥ 1 cup of Pansit Lucban
♥ 2 glasses of water
♥ 0 rice

Merienda:
♥ 2 pieces small bananas
♥ 2 pieces palitaw
♥ 1 cup of black coffee with sugar

Dinner:
♥ 1 cup of Pansit Lucban
♥ 1 glass of water with Herbalife Aloe Vera Extract
♥ 2 glasses of water
