Alternative to Crunches

Crunches, for me, sucks! It is both strenuous and tiring, making it a really lazy thing to do :)

Last night I discovered an alternative: squeezing my tummy and holding it for 10 counts then releasing it. You can always repeat the procedure. I did it while walking my way home last night. It is better than sit-ups because I don't have to strain my neck and back, plus I can do it anywhere. Actually, I am doing it now right in front of my pc while writing this post.

Yes, I can feel the effect because there is pain in my tummy's muscle today. This morning when I woke up, I also notice my tummy flattened a bit.

Hope I can see the big difference as I progress.
